Terms

  • By joining the Graphtec Craft ROBO Crafty-club, the member agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions of membership.

  • The Crafty-club is owned and run by Graphtec (GB) Ltd for the benefit of its customers.  Membership is free of charge and available to any customer whose Craft ROBO or Craft ROBO Pro originated from a UK authorised reseller or from Graphtec (GB) Ltd directly.

  • Graphtec (GB) Ltd reserves the right to refuse membership at its discretion.
  • Membership must be accompanies by a valid UK Craft ROBO serial number and valid email address.

  

  • By joining the Crafty-club, the member agrees to receive regular updates and marketing promotions from Graphtec (GB) Ltd.
  • Graphtec (GB) Ltd will not share member information with any third party.

  

  • Membership offers many benefits

    (a)    The free shipping offer is valid for UK mainland only. Offshore, Republic of Ireland and Overseas members will be billed for shipping at Graphtec's normal rates. All of the other benefits of membership still apply.

    (a)    12 months additional warranty - This additional warranty runs from the expiration of a member's original warranty.  Where a member has previously purchased Graphtec (GB) Ltd's extended warranty then the Crafty Club warranty will run from the expiration of the extended warranty.  This warranty is not transferable.

    (b)   Members receive discounted purchases from the Crafty-club store.  All prices are discounted from Graphtec (GB) Ltd's standard list price.  Where items are exclusive to the Crafty-club store then no discount is applied.  Where a member does not have internet access, the member can still receive their discount by telephoning our order line and quoting Crafty-club membership.  Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.

    (c)   Crafty-club members receive promotions from third party companies.  Graphtec (GB) Ltd cannot be held responsible for failure of these companies to adhere to their agreement, although Graphtec (GB) Ltd will try to moderate in any dispute, it is the responsibility of the member to raise any issues directly with the supplier.

    (d)   Members can download templates and projects from the Club website.  Graphtec (GB) Ltd accepts no responsibility for the accuracy or quality of these templates.  It is the responsibility of the member to ensure that the template is suitable for purpose.
